All of our workshops involve extensive small group process work. Since group process development is foundational to our work, we build it into all aspects of our work. By providing the content of our training within a group process environment, we can provide a high impact learning experience that will be retained by the learner, and can be applied immediately within his or her own environment.

We prefer to customize the emphasis of each workshop based on your organization's needs. We can blend a number of different topics limited only by time constraints. The length of the workshops can be designed to fit your event.

Some of the workshops we teach include...

  • Communication Skills
  • Learning Styles and Group Effectiveness
  • MBTI® Personality Types and Group Dynamics
  • Problem Solving
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Stress Management
