Michael Newcomb has a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from Southern Oregon University. He is the founder of Group Performance Solutions Consulting, and specializes in Group Process Consulting and Career Coaching.

Michael also works as a mental health crisis worker for Josephine County Mental Health in his hometown of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Prior to starting Group Performance Solutions, Michael worked for 18 years in the family business, Newcomb Photography in downthown Grants Pass, which he helped start along with other family members.

Michael draws on his 18 years of experience working in a small family business for insight into the difficulties facing other business owners as well as familiy members who work together. He uses that experience as he continues to develop his practice of consulting and coaching to groups and businesses of all types.

Michael lives in Grants Pass Oregon with his wife, Pamala, and his three children, Courtney, Ryan, and Taylor.
